Prospective Tenants
Our properties have been specially re-designed, configured and fully furnished to provide secure, medium to long term accommodation for students studying at local education institutions in the Illawarra region.
Our property lease features allow students [tenants] to focus on the important aspects of student life. This is opposed to worrying about the “hassles” of finding house mates to share the cost of rent, furniture supply, utility bills(rent, electricity, power etc) as well as approtioning house cleaning and property maintenance. Additionally, it can be difficult to find replacement house mates after graduation or when someone leaves unexpectedly leaving you to pick up the costs.
